sunday: daytrip to JB & SG

a rather enjoying day trip to JB & Singapore i might say...
had Vince join me as i needed some help with SG roads... i'm a blur there..
installed some equipments or accesories as some might call them into the beast...
stuff installed:
DENSO Iridium plugs
PIVOT Raizin Volt Stabilizer
Philips SilverVision turn bulbs..
while we were having the stuff installed, we stumbled upon a beautifully modified MYVI...

maybe the pictures can't do the car justice, but i'm VERY SURE to say that the car is seriously beautiful..
simple and thoughtful modifications made to make the car a head turner.. no doubt ;)
a short while after we went and have lunch @ Holiday Plaza before we went into singapore..
went to Sim Lim Tower to look for the equipment that i needed to find..
alas, luck wasn't on our side.. the shop's already closed for the day when we reached there.. it was only 5.20pm
bought a little something else tho.. but not 2 reveal in this blog yet.. ahha..
a short while later, we met up wif vince's gf and went to Tampines Mall to have dinner..
A restaurant that specializes in soup i think..

what? i cannot look bored while waiting for dinner to be served ah?
however, this pose only lasted less than a minute and they started serving the food..
which got me thinking.. how on earth does a restaurant full of customers start serving dishes after less than only 5 minutes? it's like.. dishes after dishes started laying out on the table..
a Chinese Fast Food Restaurant me thinks....
the food there is quite good.. i guess..
the chicken meat was tender.. the vege was ok despite the vege used was a bit old.. soup was rather superb..
however, i have some qualms with the fish & dessert served..

wokayz, fast forward a few hours later and i'm now @ home staring @ this monitor here typing this stuff..
a bit lost for words (as usual) to type so i'll just abruptly end it here.. for now.. :P

saturday night again

the whole week has been rather hectic..
a bit lost for words to blog...
had the car's 40K service last thursday.. yeah, last FREE service.. so?
going to melaka again in a short while more.. for dinner and also some drinking..
planning of going to singapore tomorrow morning..
if i can wake up that is.. need to get some equipment @ sim lin tower..(if i pronounced that correctly)..
after singapore i'll stop by JB to get some stuff fixed @ GC Motorsports.. long planned upgrades for the car... muahahaha..

saturday nite out

saturday night...
what would you do on a saturday?
catch a good movie with your better half? nah.. don't even have one to begin with..
hunt for some chicks? tough.. i ain't got the stuff for it..
so what did i do?
easy, went to a club and had something to drink..
i'm writing this after i got home from the club..
not that i had much to drink but i just can't come up with anything to write about it much..
guess i'll let the photos talk about it itself..

yay... finally washed my car after having so many horrible rain showers...
really made the car look dirty :(

now its super clean!

bluetooth headset

got this bluetooth earpiece yesterday...
its a HS805 from motorola
a part of a deal that turned sour actually..

its like this,
months ago i bought a bluetrek G2 headpiece to use with my nokia 6600(which i sold off)..
been only using it for a month and the mic decided to give me problems..
i sent it back tot he shop for a claim since its still under warranty..
5 months later(now) the thing has yet to come back from its claims..
had a small argument with the shop and they decided to replace it with this..
its great to use.. with a AAA battery as it power supply..

still, i suspect foul play with my old bluetooth earpiece! >:(

been browsing around for phones that supports 3G and i came across this...
its a new upcoming model by NOKIA due to be released before end of the year...
isn't it a thing of beauty??
i went totally bonkers reading the specs..
its not just ultimately cool..
its ultimately powerful too!!
but a short check on the battery lifespan also proves one thing..
powerful phones demands even more power..
the 950mAh battery can only support it for 3 or 2.5 hrs talk time.. depending on what you use it for..

being born to a poor family did affected my upbringing..
i remember that up till when i was aged 9, i had to take trishaws & buses to kindergardens and primary schools...
i was always taught by my parents then that we should spend wisely on everything..
never to buy things that are useless...
buy wisely, cheaper things are unnecessarily bad, be extremely calculative and all those stuff...
we had an nice old nissan then and it was always the world to sit in the car..
sweets only costs 10cents for 5pcs...
i finally had a sibling! my 1st sister when i was aged 7!!
life was poor, simple but good..
no problems what-so-ever that might cause the family to break..

things started changing when i was 10,
my father's business was finally blooming and we're living a better life now..
things that we couldn't afford then are now affordable..
and then they start seeing things differently,
they finally bought a mercedes benz (only one of a few in my town then)..
i still remember my father driving in the darkness at night when he first got the car..
no one ever told him that the light switch for the mercedes isn't behind the steering wheel but on the console..
life was getting better..
but values are starting to detereorate...
stuff we buy is in another region now..
content was never in view..
everything had to be better..

as time progressed,
value of living has changed tremendously..
so has the cost of living..
the quality of things gets better and better..
and did our choices..
cheap things no longer hit our eyes..
branded stuffs are good (altho they really aren't much difference with non-branded)..
we moved to a newer and bigger house and i got my own room..

living in an enviroment where you feel rich does spoil you..
it spoils your senses, your behaviour, and everything thats good..
things are taken for granted...
nothing much is treasured.. (except for the really freaking expensive stuffs)
my point is.. you start losing sight of what is wrong or what is right to do..
you tend to forget that things done are done and unreplaceable..
you break people's hearts by the things you do,
and it wouldn't seem like a big matter to you..
for you are now rotten.. just like the society that made you..
a society of hypocrites, senseless, ignorant, spoiled, & most importantly, SELFISH ppl...
i admit here now that i was one of them people..
a person full of lies...
taught since small, that sometimes you have to lie, to get things you want..

i went to college, with a new car.. a YELLOW colour 2-door hatchback!!
i was practically beaming with joy and arrogance..
for no one would ever thought of seeing a car with that colour (which wasn't a sportscar)..
met up wif a couple of old buddies, "B" & "V" and made some new close frens.. "C" & "F"..
it was also in college that i started learning something else..
(i)
i learned my 1st love.. someone that was truly precious to me...
and i'm very very sorry for breaking her heart for the things that i've said and done..
i couldn't amend what i did to her.. i deeply regret every moment of what happened and wish it didn't happen..
but time with its force won't allow any changes... and regret was my lesson..

(ii)
i evaded her during the 2nd semester of college..
i skip classes everyday, slept on days and went to cybercafes at nights..
because she was enlisted in the same class as i was...
i just couldn't face her.. hence i just shyed away...
running away from the truth.. and i dropped out of college..
yeah, i'm a college drop-out..

here, i sincerely wish that she finds the true happiness in her life.. without me in the picture..
for she might have already found that now, from what i last heard of her from another friend..
things started changing then..
lost...
i've lost my path, lost my way, lost the love that i've always wanted..
lost.. for the first time..
---during incident (ii)
a few months after the incident (i), i was involved in an car accident..
my 1st accident.. (a lot of darn 1st in my college times)
it was also then i learned, lying didn't help.. (i'm sorry for lying about my accident ma..)
lies and deceit gets you nowhere..
i had to learn the lesson the hard way..
since then, i've made myself to always tell the truth..
it was a hard effort at first..
but slowly, it started to blend in..
not entirely.. i still spoke white lies.. (that wasn't meant to hurt anyone)..
i also grew fond of "F"..
she was a dear.. always beaming wif smiles..
somewhere in between 2nd sem she migrated to NZ and we started losing contact then..

(iii)
years has passed..
a lot of incidents happened..
months ago, i was in KL with "V"..
stayed over his place and met "S"..
yeah, you can say its love at first sight..
i wanted her very badly..
and i've forgotten about my effort..
my effort to stop lying..
i lied to my buddy about stuff..
for all i saw was her.. she was the main picture..
things turned out quite bad..
i dont want to indulge too much details..
but all i can say is.. "S" and my buddy was very hurt in the process..
so was i, but uncomparable to them..
i sincerely regretted the things i've done towards my buddy..
we almost became enemies but we're ok now..
altho i feel that sometimes he still blames me over the incidents that has happened..
things was going a bit smooth with "S" now and i thought that i might have had it made..
a few weeks passed.. we were keeping very close contacts.. i was in love..
one very sudden day.. she started to evade me.. saying she wasn't feeling all that well and stuff..
i was very concerned.. the 2nd day the same thing happened..
after work i rushed over to KL just to look up on her and see if she's ok..
she wasn't home..
i called her for countless times..
got thru 2 her and everything seemed ok at first.. until..
i received an sms saying not to see her again.. for she have found someone..
there i was...
smacked with the cold hard truth...
lies hurt a lot.. all the things she said and done before was just lies & cover ups.. (or rather.. a lot of unconfirmed details still)
i was being smacked by the same thing i used to do..
LIES..
angry at first... but slowly came to realise..
for i was the one at fault..
i started the LIE... the LIE to my buddy... the LIE dat made their friendship worst..
painfully ending the saga that unfolded..
this was months ago..
i regret the things i've done to this day..
altho my mouth says otherwise but in my heart i really do..

(iv)
"F" came back a couple of weeks earlier..
she threw a birthday bash and i was invited..
went with an anticipating heart..
what not? i haven't seen her for more than 3yrs..
when i re-set my eyes on her..
before me was a beautiful woman..
who has grown more mature in everything..
and the fondness that was frozen had remelted..
she has gone back now..
and the fondness is still in me...
altho slowing going back into the frozening stage again..
she would never be mine i guess..
i'm not that kind of a lucky guy..

doing the same things i need to do to survive..
minus the lies lesson i've learnt in (iii)..
made some frens in dA also..

would like to xpress xtreme gratitude to "B"..
for listening to my rantings about (iii) & (iv)..
